Once you submit your redemption request for approval, you can always view the status of the redemption by logging using the Stripe Express login here: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login
When reading the status of your redemption request, there are important terms that you need to be aware of.
When you login you might see that your request was 'settled.' This does not mean that the transaction was sent to your bank account. This simply means that request was received and that it is in the queue to be reviewed. The time frame for requests to be reviewed is 2 business days.
Once your transaction is approved, you will see in Stripe that it changes from 'Settled' to 'Payout to account XXXX.' This can take 1-2 business days depending on your bank.
You can also track the status of your redemption by tapping 'Wallet' and 'Recent Requests' in your Caden app.
If you see that your request is no longer pending but not in your bank account, please note that your request was approved and allow 1-2 business days for the transaction to process.
