Once you've completed setting up your Vault, you will be prompted to verify your identity through Persona. Verifying your identity is really important in order to maintain platform safety and to mitigate fraud 🕵️

Throughout this process, you will be asked to provide personal information so that your identity can be verified. It is important to note: Caden does not store any of the information you provide to Persona during the verification process ⛔️

If you fail verification and enter manual review, please allow 5 business days in order for the team to review the information and verify your account. You will be notified once a decision has been made via email.
This process is separate from the Stripe onboarding process when you redeem your points. Stripe requires a similar process to verify users in order to comply with federal regulations for payouts. Stripe and Persona are two different platforms where Caden does not store the information you provide to either platforms.
